Satit Prasarnmit International School requires native English speaking teachers across a range of subjects to teach the British curriculum to secondary students.
Satit Prasarnmit International School requires full-time teachers for British years 8 to 12 for the following subjects:
English, Maths, Science, Social Studies, History, IT, PE, Music, Drama, Art, Business Studies.
Teachers who are able to offer at least two of the above subjects in combination will be given preference.
The International School started in June 2010 as a new programme within the long established and highly respected co-educational Srinakharinwirot University Prasarnmit Demonstration School, situated on Soi 23 Sukhumvit, Bangkok. The School follows the British curriculum with students preparing for the IGCSE and GCSE A level examinations. The programme is conducted in new custom-built premises, consisting of state of the art classrooms, science laboratories, library and performing arts rooms and theatres.
Teachers will be required to start on 30th May 2011 or possibly earlier next year, and will have 25 x 45 contact lessons per week out of a 40 lesson week.

Teachers will be contracted for two years with the following requirements applying:
- Must be a native English speaker originating from the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Canada or the United States.
- Must hold a teaching licence from one of the countries above.
- Must have least a bachelor degree.
- Must have at least 2 years experience teaching in their subject specialism.
- Must be in sympathy with the school philosophy, willing to be role models to the students and be committed to providing the best education possible.

Previous teaching experience in Thailand would also be an advantage.
Starting salary: 50,000 baht per month plus 20,000 baht per month accommodation allowance with the following benefits:
- Health insurance contribution of 10,000 baht per annum.
- 40 working days leave per year.
- Visa and work permit application costs paid by the School.
- Lunch provided on term work days at a cost of 1,000 baht a year.
