I have worked with Filipino teachers for several years, and I know from experience that many of you speak excellent English and do a great job. Unfortunately, many Thai students and their parents demand a teacher coming from England, Australia, and USA etc. and consequently I cannot offer you a job at our school. I am very sorry that these stereotypes exist in Thailand, and I understand the frustration many of you feel.
