Come learn guitar and or voice from a veteran teacher and performer. Guitar and voice lessons are now offered through Sangdee with Jeffro, a 30 year veteran on guitar/vocal teaching and performance, at the helm for instruction. He is from Chicago, USA and has performed, and toured, with some of the best blues and country artists in the world. The lessons are comprehensive and practical, as well as affordable. He specializes in blues, country, pop and teaches jazz standards and chords— as well as jazz, blues and scat vocal styles. Jeffro teaches— improvisation: Learn to improvise like B.B. King, Albert Collins, Buddy Guy, Robert Johnson, Stevie Ray Vaughan— as well as country flat picking, finger picking and steel guitar improvisation techniques. Also, learn the chordal and rhythmic techniques of these great pioneers: Chordal styles, positions on the guitar— guitar bass line improvisation— chord movement, rhythmic country chords and chordal improvisation.

Classes are also offered in music theory, reading chordcharts and notation; which includes music books by Mel Bay; free of charge.

Jeffro also teaches voice in the styles of blues, country, jazz , scat, R&B and rock. These voice lessons are not traditional vocal instruction. He teaches how to sing in modern blues, rock, R&B, country and pop styles; how to use your voice to evoke true emotion through power, rasp and phrasing. It is not a theater or opera style; it is a style of the soul as much as of the techneque.

Lessons are offered in your home or at the Sangdee studio. All students 10 years old and over are welcome for guitar lessons. If you have a gifted kid under 10, we may consider lessons. Vocal lessons are available to all ages; and if your child needs to learn English, he or she can do it through learning songs in English as well.
