Discovery Learning is currently accepting applications for English teaching positions for Matthyom level schools in Chaiyaphum. The schools are Kang Kro and Phu Kieow, located in Chaiyaphum city. Interested applicants should meet the following requirements in order to be considered for the respective positions:
• Bachelor degree
• Teaching experience relative to the desired position
• Being a native English speaker
The position is to start immediately. The positions require 20 contact hours from teachers and typical teacher responsibilities. These include:
• Lessons plans
• Resource development
• Maintenance of class records
• Proper attire
• Punctuality
• Maintaining communication with parents
Starting salaries are 30,000 baht depending on housing assistance for a 12 month contract. Prospective applicants possessing teaching licenses, additional certifications, extensive experience relative to teaching in Thailand, etc., will be considered at a higher starting salary. Work hours are 8:00 to 4:00.
The school will assist with visa and work permit applications.
