Native English Teachers required for IDEAL English Academy's EP and IP Program at Sacred Heart Schools in Bangkok.

State/Province - Bangkok, Thailand
Position Type - Full Time
Reports To - Academic Manager
Required Working Hours - Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm

The Position:
IDEAL English Academy is looking for outstanding professional Teachers who will be responsible team players and take initiative to carry multiple tasks through to completion. They will contribute their ideas alongside a wide range of existing educational products and services within the IDEAL family. Position Summary:
Under the supervision of the Manager, the English Teacher will oversee all phases of our students’ academic experience. They will manage every aspect of instruction with an eye toward continually improving the academic progress of every student.


Responsibilities:
• Teach between 20-24 lesson per week. Lessons are 50mins each
• Ensure all students meet and exceed company benchmarks for academic progress
• Lesson plans, student academic progress and assessments


Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (B.Ed preferred for EP) with TESOL/ PGCE /TEFL; excellent academic record achievement
• Native Speakers of English (US,UK,Australian,NZ or Canadian)
• Passion for fostering academic progress
• 1 year ( IP) or 4 years (EP) of teaching experience preferred
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle numerous details inside the classroom
• Strong interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written) and presentation skills
• Desire to work in an intense, fast paced environment
