Sunflower Trilingual School is an English Program school teaching both primary and secondary students. We are situated on a beautiful, modern campus located in a nice, quiet area of Samut Sakorn, approximately one hour southwest of downtown Bangkok.

At this time we are seeking to hire the following teachers for the upcoming school year with at mutually agreed upon start date. Most of these positions are available to persons of all nationalities.

1) Kindergarten teacher. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Kindergarten teacher for Sunflower Kindergarten School.

2) Math teachers. We wish to hire two Math teachers. One to teach grades 6-9 and the other to teach grades 10-12. The successful candidate(s) will have a university / college degree with a major in Mathematics along with prior teaching experience, preferably in Thailand. The salary will depend on qualifications and experience.

3) Science teachers. We are seeking three Science teachers. Two of the positions are for small classes teaching upper secondary Chemistry, Biology and Physics. The third position is to teach General Science to grades 6-9. The successful candidate(s) will have a university / college degree with a major in Science along with prior teaching experience, preferably in Thailand. The salary will depend on qualifications and experience.

4) Computer teacher. We wish to hire a secondary level Computer teacher who is able to teach computer subjects up to and including basic animation. The successful candidate will have a university / college degree with a major in a Computer related field such as Computer Science along with prior teaching experience, preferably in Thailand. The salary will depend on qualifications and experience.

5) We are looking for an Assistant to the English Academic Department. A Thai national with the ability to communicate in English is preferred. This is a newly created position and the complete duties have not been defined, but it will include such responsibilities as organizing and coordinating school activities and contests between the various sections of the school and outside organizations and providing administrative support to the Department. The successful candidate will have a degree in Business Administration (or something similar) along with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. The salary will depend on qualifications and experience.

Accommodations are available (you pay for the electricity and water), plus a generous food allowance to be used in our cafeteria and internet service. Four weeks annual leave plus Thai holidays. The campus also has a swimming pool and track. The other benefits will be discussed during the interview.

The teachers will be responsible for teaching approximately 20 lessons per week. The class sizes average approximately 20 students.

Consideration will be given to a salary increase upon successful completion of a 90 day probationary period.
