Private TOEFL iBT tutor

I am based in the USA but am coming back to Bangkok at the end of March for 3 months to do an internship.
I scored 82 last November and have since been solidly studying English. My studies in Bangkok will be a continuation of that, as I move ahead with my plans to retest in early November 2011.
Right now I would guess that I would score in the high 80s/ low to mid 90s and would like to be scoring well into the 100s by November.
I am ideally looking for a female native speaking instructor, who could teach me on a 1 on 1 basis twice a week (probably on Monday or Tuesday and then again on Wednesday or Thursday) for one or two hours
each session (evenings)
I am looking for an experienced TOEFL teacher, someone with meaningful experience of the iBT test, who can help me improve my broad english skills but also teach me some iBT tips and tricks.
