P/T Corporate English replacement teacher to finish an existing course. Asoke area of Bangkok. 07.30 - 09.00 on Weds and Thurs mornings. 600 Baht per hour.
Pro Language is one of the leading corporations for second language studies. We are currently looking for an experienced Corporate English Teacher to take over and finish a current course with one of our clients in the Asoke area of Bangkok.
The course has been focused on general English for beginners and business English for customer service personnel and helpdesk staff working for an electronics/computer manufacturing company. The class is on Wednesday and Thursday mornings from 07.30 to 09.00 at our Asoke branch and there are 8 students in the group. The position is paid at 600 Baht per hour and there are just 11 hours remaining of the original 50 hour course.
A study book is provided, but the teacher will find it necessary to introduce supplementary specific topic based material as well as games and activities to keep the class lively and communicative.
The next class is on Wednesday 1st December.
As mentioned, the position is paid at the rate of 600 Baht per hour, but 100 Baht will be retained from each hour to be paid upon completion of the course.
The client has asked us to ensure the teacher is active and can create exciting and communicative classes that are enjoyable as well as educational for the students.
Our requirements for this position are:
1. Candidates must be native English speakers from the U.K., U.S., Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, or Canada.
2. Relevant teaching experience is preferable.
3. 120 hour TEFL, CELTA or equivalent.
