Full-time Teacher Manager / Full Time Teacher

Following a change of ownership, Sine Education is looking for a native-speaker manager to oversee our growing teaching team. And we require teachers to teach at primary and secondary level in Bangkok area and around Thailand.
Position: Teacher Manager
Company: Sine Education Service Co., Ltd
Salary: 50,000 THB (including travel and telephone allowance)
Following a change of ownership, Sine Education is looking for a native-speaker manager to oversee our growing teaching team. Candidates should have at least three years’ teaching experience, including a minimum of one year in Thailand. Management experience would be an advantage.
Qualifications:
1. Native speaker over thirty
2. Bachelor degree
3. Recognized TEFL qualification – CELTA / TESOL preferred
4. At least three years’ teaching experience
5. Good computer skills
6. International / Thai driving license
7. Thai language skills an advantage
Responsibilities:
1. Recruiting suitably qualified teachers for client schools in Bangkok and around Thailand
2. Induction and training of new teachers to ensure a smooth transition into the client schools
3. Managing teachers to make sure teaching standards and school expectations are met
4. Developing and maintaining a cover-teaching system to ensure, where possible, absent teachers are covered
5. On-going development of student and teacher materials to match MOE requirements

SES provides education services to Thai schools in Thailand. Now we require teachers to teach at primary and secondary level at schools in Bangkok area and around Thailand.
Qualifications:
1. Native English speaker
2. Must have a bachelor degree, in Education field would be advantages
3. Must have TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification or equivalent
4. At least 1 year of teaching experience
Responsibilities:
1. Teaching hour is 20-25 hours per week
2. Develop curriculum and lesson plans according to the topics given by the school
3. Assess students learning performance and outcome, including write quizzes, tests, and exam paper. Record students’ marks for grade report
4. Participate and contribute your support in school activities, i.e. English department meeting, parent meeting, occasion ceremonies, etc.
5. Understand and be willing to work in Thai public school culture
6. Willing to contribute your effort and support to motivate students to develop their English skills as well as to conduct good teamwork with the school
Contracts are for one year with the possibility of renewal
