As a direct result of our continued success in the Education Sector we are currently expanding aggressively into Teacher Training. As a result we have recently opened a new TESOL Training School and are actively seeking applicants to train new candidates for teaching opportunities in Thailand. We have two positions available:.

• Full time TESOL Trainer to run and maintain all TESOL Courses and oversee the day to day operations of the centre.
• Full-time TESOL trainer and Curriculum Developer who will assist the Full-time TESOL Trainer and also assist in the development of curriculum for our ELEP English Program, Camps and TESOL Training Centre.

Description (TESOL Trainer):

• To teach in a TESOL Training Centre in Central Bangkok, Thailand.
• To take part in on-going materials preparation, test development, and research projects.
• Successful candidates will contribute to the services provided for foreign teachers.
• Execute related administrative duties as assigned by the academic director.
• Successful candidates will effectively bring about intended business.
• Successful applicants for this position will deliver effective teaching methodologies, strategies, techniques, and theories that are vital for the success of TESOL certificate candidates (Foreign English Teachers).

Description (TESOL Trainer / ESL Curriculum Developer):

• To support teaching at TESOL centre in Bangkok, Thailand.
• Support ESL Curriculum Development for AYC ESL programs, camps and the TESOL Training Centre.
• To take part in on-going materials preparation, test development, and research projects.
• Successful candidates will contribute to the services provided for foreign teachers.
• Successful applicants for this position will deliver effective teaching methodologies, strategies, techniques, and theories that are vital for the success of TESOL certificate candidates (Foreign English Teachers).
• Successful candidates will have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Successful candidates will have excellent writing skills and superior attention to detail.

Required Qualifications and Skills (both positions):

• Native English speaker with min. of 5 years teaching experience.
• Either an MA-Degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics or related fields or.
  BA Degree (in Education preferred) plus a TESOL Teachers Trainers Certificate.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• A team player who can think outside the square.
• A passion for education and desire to prepare new teachers for the challenges ahead of them.
• Available to start in Bangkok on the 1st March 2010.
