Teach Abroad Thailand (TAT) looking for a TEFL Program Coordinator to start on the 1st March 2010. The exceptional candidate must posses the skills and experience to coordinate our TEFL programs for hundreds of overseas graduates who are coming to live, study & work in Thailand

Based in Thailand, and mostly working from home, the ideal candidate must be highly motivated, reliable and punctual.

You should also be experienced in business administration, be computer literate, have an excellent telephone manner and be highly professional & reliable.

The role involves conducting telephone interviews, organizing groups, replying to email enquiries, liaising with students & teaching agencies, as well as maintaining accurate records in our online database.

As 70% of our students/customers are female graduates this position is best suited to a female applicant.

All applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Female, aged 22-35.
• Native English speaker from the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Ireland. (No other nationalities can be considered)
• Have relevant experience (as detailed in this post)
• Hold a 4 week, recognized TEFL certificate.
• Computer literate and own a reliable, modern computer or laptop.
• Have 24 hour access to reliable, Internet broadband. (If the place you currently stay cannot support this then you will not qualify for the position unless you are prepared to relocate at your own expense)
• Already be living in Thailand and prepared to stay for at least 12 months.
• Have a positive attitude to life & work.

An attractive package includes a monthly base salary of B12,000 plus bonuses for a 25 hour week. On target earnings will be B30,000+ Baht per month. An annual performance bonus of B25,000 is also included in the package. Working hours are 5-10pm, Monday to Friday.
