We require a Female Filipino EFL teacher to teach Cambridge YLE prep to Grade 3,4,5,6 students. These are lower level students and the material is for YLE Starters test prep and YLE Movers test prep.

Our work week is M-F, 08:00-16:30. You get 1 period off for your lunch break.

The contract is for teaching up to 24 periods (22 contact hours) per week. The remainder of your time will be spend doing prep for your classes, marking, creating supplemental materials, etc.
Basic materials, books and audio media are supplied.
Classrooms are air conditioned with full multimedia capabilities.
A fully equipped teacher’s office with printers, copy machine, laminating machine, computer work stations, etc is available.
Initial contract is from your start date until March 31, 2016. Renewals are full year contracts.

The remuneration package is:

15,000 thb base salary.
3,000 thb housing allowance.
2 weeks vacation (with pay) in October.
2 weeks vacation (with pay) in March.
2 weeks vacation (with pay) in April for those who renew.
An annual contract completion bonus of 1000 baht per month
Professional development & workshops.
Non-B visa, work permit and visa extensions assisted and paid for by the school. *Accident insurance.
Applicant “must have” requirements:

= BEED + experience or BSc/BA + TEFL cert.
= Valid TOEIC over 750
= Be IN Thailand and available for interview.

Preference will be given to applicants with:

experience teaching Cambridge YLE prep courses.
Thai Teacher’s License
Post graduate qualifications.
Should have skills:
Applicants should have a firm understanding of CLIL, Content Based Learning and Problem Based Learning.
Applicants should have a firm understanding of and be able to use multimedia in an EFL classroom.

Proficiency in MS office is required.
