Nava Language School is urgently looking for Full-time Teacher Manager (Native Speakers only) from USA , UK , Canada, Australia with at least bachelor’s degree in education , TESOL and TEFL certificate or with at least 5 years teaching experience at kindergarten and primary and secondary levels.

QUALIFICATION :

• At least 5 years teaching experience
• 35-50 years old
• Degree in education

Able to :

• discipline teachers
• observe all teachers and provide written feedback for improvement.
• conduct a curriculum assessment to recommend for changes before lesson plan are distributed to teachers.
• explain curriculum and lesson plan to teachers
• organize public event
• Greeting parents ( morning and afternoon )
• Promote school English program to parents
• Crate the newsletter
• advice / critique the current system
• organize training for teachers
• create documents from computer program
• Write professionally
• substitute teaching

SALARY AND BENEFIT :

• At least 55,000-/month
• Contract start immediately
• Work Monday to Friday (8 am – 4 pm)
• 20 days paid vacations
• 1 year visa
• 1 year health insurance

LOCATION :

Bangkae area , Petkasame Rd. Bangkok
Rama V area , Nakorn-in Rd., Nontaburi
