Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten English Teacher to join our team in the beautiful coastal city of Chanthaburi, Thailand. This position specifically focuses on teaching English to 3-year-old children in a nurturing and engaging environment. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in fostering a positive and educational atmosphere, contributing to the growth and development of our young learners.

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver age-appropriate English lessons for 3-year-olds
Create a positive and stimulating classroom environment that encourages active learning
Implement a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles
Foster social and emotional development through interactive and play-based activities
Monitor and assess students' progress, providing feedback to parents as needed
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to enhance the overall educational experience
Maintain open communication with parents to keep them informed about their child's development

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in any field
TEFL or TESOL certification is a plus
Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a kindergarten setting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Enthusiasm for teaching and a genuine love for working with children
Ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
Adaptability and flexibility to meet the needs of young learners
