Full time Head of Coordinator / Coordinator
We are looking for Full time Head of Coordinator and Coordinator to support The Language Delivery's Manager
ï‚– Day to day monitoring and counseling to our teachers.
ï‚– Responsibilities for an Academic Coordinator are to control and maintain this department as fully functional and developed department.
 develop the academic and customer services department
 Coordinate and develop our teacher's teaching responsibilities.
 Work within the framework of THE LANGUAGE DELIVERY'S curriculum by monitoring teachers for developing their lesson plans and materials.
ï‚– Custom service to, both, School and TLD.
ï‚– Substitute Teaching may be assigned, as needed, at schools.
ï‚– Responsible to accept and make phone calls from TLD or TLD's teachers.
ï‚– Responsible to follow up with teachers to assign and check student's homework on a weekly basis.
ï‚– The employee is required to make sure all duties of the teachers in school are completed.
Qualifications:
- Native English or Non Native speaker
- Bachelor's degree in Education
- TEFL/TESOL certificate
- 1-2 years experience in teaching preferable
- Applicants must be prepared for long term stay (minimum 1 year stay)
- Enthusiasm/Charisma - able to motivate and encourage students
- Adaptable, flexible, and friendly at work
- Easily adjustable to new circumstances, able to live and survive in a new country.
