Thai speaker needed to teach English to Thai national via Skype

I am looking for an English teacher that is fluent in the Thai language. The job will pay by the hour for hour-long (at least) Skype sessions at least 3 times per week, and possibly much more.
The student is a Thai national and currently speaks only very basic English, so starting at the beginning and the ability to understand her questions in the Thai language is a must.
Teacher can be of any nationality, provided that his or her spoken English is of good quality. I cannot stress this enough. I have personally visited several "English" schools in my area here in Thailand and spoken with their teachers, and in every single instance I was hardly able to understand the teacher - and in 2 cases I could not understand them at all. It is my opinion that a teacher should be able to speak English well in order to teach it :)
Pay is negotiable, as is the payment method. Paypal is very easy for me, but we can also make deposits to any Thai bank account or pay via any other method as necessary.
A short skype conversation with me will be required before consideration.
