We are now seeking energetic, innovative and inspiring English teachers to join us for Semester two. Applicants should be graduates with teaching experience (preferably in the ESL), a PGCE / diploma in Education and have an excellent command of the English language.

Ideal English Academy is a private language school that designs, develops and provides high-quality educational programs for learning English for all age groups to Sacred Heart, a group of private schools in the greater Bangkok area.


What we offer:

• A monthly salary of 36-40,000B for IP teachers with an end of contract bonus.
• A 12 month contract (renewable with an annual increment).
•Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm with 20 to 24 classroom contact hours per week.

What we expect:

• Our teachers to be dedicated, enthusiastic, and caring about their student's needs.
• Our teachers to be innovative and receptive to new ideas and opportunities for professional development.
• All of our teachers to be able to plan out and write lesson plans, administer tests etc.


The successful teacher must have the following qualifications:

• Be a Native English Speaker.
• Be a Degree holder in any subject, and possibly a PGCE.
• Hold a relevant ESL qualification, TESOL, CELTA or TEFL (120hrs of in class training).
• Have at least 1 year of experience of teaching in primary/secondary schools.
• Have excellent references from past employers.


All of our teaching applicants must have the above qualifications and documentation in order to comply with Thai Ministry of Education legislation.

Teaching locations are in Don Muang and Nonthaburi (Tiwanon Road). Curent positions available include KG and IP Primary at Don Muang and IP Primary at Nonthaburi.
