FULL-TIME NATIVE ENGLISH TEACHERS who are professional specialists in Science to teach at Secondary level at school in Dusit area, Bangkok Thailand

Contracts are for one year with the possibility of renewal. The contract is due to commence as soon as possible

REQUIREMENTS:

• British ONLY
• Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree plus TEFL certificate or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year teaching experience


RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Teaching load: 16-18 hours per week, between the hours of 8.00 am and 16.00 pm Monday – Friday
2. Write up a course description and hand in before the semester begins.
3. Write up a long-term lesson plan and hand in before the semester begins.
4. Make a weekly note on teaching reflection.
5. Be a class advisor.
6. Make a fortnight book review.
7. Monthly present/ introduce a new approach/ strategy of teaching.
8. Monthly make up learning and teaching materials.
9. Evaluate and grade the students.
10. Prove-read the exams papers.
11. Participate in the school events.
12. Self-development by attending seminars at least twice a year.
13. Do yearly research/ action research.

BENEFITS:

- Salary 40,000 baht per month depending on qualifications and experience
