FULL-TIME NATIVE ENGLISH TEACHER who is professional specialists in Science to teach the junior high school students in an international program of the Co-ed public school in Bangkok area.(Samsen/ Dusit)

Contract is for one year with the possibility of renewal. (Start asap.)

REQUIREMENTS:
• Nationality: British Only
• Applicants must have at least a Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 2 year teaching experience
• TEFL Certificate including such as TESOL or CELTA is preferred but not required

Full Job Responsibilities:
1. Teaching load: 20 hours per week, between the hours of 8.00 am and 16.00 pm Monday – Friday
2. Write up a course description and hand in before the semester begins.
3. Write up a long-term lesson plan and hand in before the semester begins.
4. Make a weekly note on teaching reflection.
5. Be a class advisor.
6. Make a fortnight book review.
7. Monthly present/ introduce a new approach/ strategy of teaching.
8. Monthly make up learning and teaching materials.
9. Evaluate and grade the students.
10. Prove-read the exams papers.
11. Participate in the school events.
12. Self-development by attending seminars at least twice a year.
13. Do yearly research/ action research.
