HOUSE PARENTS
Job Function:
Responsibilities include all those items and responsibilities of a parent, including the provision of physical, spiritual, emotional and disciplinary guidance. Counsel the students on appropriate skills and behaviors and provide moral, spiritual and educational development. Plan, prepare and exercise indoor/outdoor activity. Support Dorm Supervisor in daily/routine dorm activity which includes dorm administration and documentation of all medications, safety and sanitation. Assist in organizing special tuition time table as well as coordination with school coordinator on academic related issues. Participate in Plans of Service. Facilitate an ongoing relationship with students and their families.
Qualifications :-
- English native speaker male/female, age 25-35
- At least B. Degree in Social Studies, Psychology or any related field
- At least 2 years experience in student guidance, indoor/outdoor activity organizing, physical education
- Be a positive role model, can create a safe, nurturing and caring environment, positive attitude, patience, strong moral character, compassion, dedication, determination
- SHOULD LIVE IN OUR DORMITORY - A SHORT WALKING DISTANCE TO THE SCHOOL
