Job Title – Native English Teacher
Academic Division – ACE and IP
Location – Samkouk, Pathum Thani (ref: ST1)
State/Province - Bangkok, Thailand
Position Type - Full Time
Reports To - Academic Manager
Required Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm

Requirements:

• Native speaker of English (UK, USA, Canadian, Australian or New Zealand)
• Bachelor's degree (any field) with TESOL /TEFL; excellent academic record achievement
• Teachers who take teaching seriously and who love working with children
• Responsible team players with creativity and enthusiasm
• Strong interpersonal, communication (both verbal and written)
• Desire to work in an intense, fast paced environment
• At least 1 year of teaching experience
• Completed Thai Culture Training course
• Previous Thai Work Permit would be advantage

Compensation and Benefits:
• B36,000-B40,000/month salary
• Housing Allowance
• 1-year (12-month) contract
• B30,000 contract completion bonus
• 5-day work week (max. 24 contact hours/week)
• 13 paid public holidays
• 20 days paid vacation leave
• 6 days paid sick leave
• 4 days paid official leave
• School specific Teacher’s license provided
• Life, accident and health insurance provided through AIA
• Work permit provided
• 1-year visa

IDEAL English Academy is a private language school that designs, develops and provides high-quality educational programs for learning English for all age groups, but primarily to private schools in the greater Bangkok metropolitan area. We provide our client schools with curricula and teachers for their various English-based programs.

IDEAL is Thai-owned but Western-managed, and all key management positions are held by native English-speaking Westerners. We utilize a Western organizational and administrative model involving open communication and transparent management in order to simulate a working environment familiar to our Western teaching staff.
