Full-time NES Pratom Level Teachers

Starting May 2012, we are looking for native English speakers to join our quickly developing team in a government English Programme.
Nakhon Si Thammarat can offer a truly Thai experience well off the tourist path.

We are a full English Programme within a government school delivering a complete range of subjects to Pratoms 1-6 (7-12 year old students). These subjects include:

• English Grammar, conversation and reading
• Science
• Mathematics
• Health
• Computing
• Art
• Music
• Drama
• P.E.

We are looking to expand our team of foreign teachers to 12 in order to meet the increase in the number of students signing up for our programme.

We are looking for professional, fun-loving, open-minded, student centered teachers that can work well as a team and have a "Can Do, Will Do" attitude. We need teachers that are committed for a minimum of one year, be willing to adapt to Thai culture and be willing to do what it takes to give our students the best possible education.

If this sounds like you, and you are a dynamic and creative native speaking teacher with a passion for teaching young children, AND would like to experience living in a (very) Thai city away from the tourist trail but close to the coast, mountains and beautiful waterfalls then we welcome your application.

Contract
• B30,000 per month (increasing by 2,000 baht per month each year of contract)
• 1 year contract (renewable)

• All school and public holidays paid

Applicants must hold a minimum of BA degree (preferably in a related subject), and have completed either a certificate in education or a recognised certificate in TEFL/TESOL.
