Teacha Language School has a new and exciting opportunity to teach English in Songhkla city located near the beach. This is a new position and we are going to consider only candidates who can start on Monday 14th June or earlier. This position requires a teacher who is ready and willing to start ASAP. Job details
City high school located in Songkhla city near the beach. Teaching English to high school students, aged from 13yrs to 18 yrs old. Teaching hours will be between 16-22hours per week from Monday to Friday. You are required to be in school from 8am-4pm from Monday to Friday. You will also be expected to participate in school activities like camps for the students. Teaching materials will be provided. Air conditioned teacher’s room and internet facilities available in the school. The school has in total 4 foreign teachers and it needs one more.

Salary
The salary will be 30 000baht per month. The salary will be paid in form of a direct bank deposit that will be deposited into a bank account that Teacha Language School will help to open for the teacher.

Housing
A housing allowance of 1500baht will be paid every full month that you work with us. This will be deposited at the same time as the salary. Assistance will be given all the way in finding accommodation for the teacher.

Job location
The job is based in Songkhla City, near the beach. This is a government high school where teachers will be tasked to concentrate more on English conversation. The school has around 2500 students and around 150 Thai teacher and 4 foreign teachers. The class average size will be around 35 students per class with some classes having fewer students some more. The foreign teachers will be placed in their own foreign language department and they will have air conditioned and internet facilities .The successful candidate will be accompanied on the first day that they go to the school. Expected Date of Arrival
We expect the teacher to be in Thailand or to be able to be in Thailand so that he or she can start teaching by the 14th June 2010 or even earlier than that. This position is urgent as the school has already opened and this is a new position. The school has more courses than they expected hence they need more staff. Teachers who can be here by the 14th June or earlier will be considered for this position only.

Things to know
1. Please have money to pay for accommodation when you arrive and when you start teaching. Assistance in finding accommodation will be given all the way. Accommodation cost around 100-200USD per month in Songhkla City, Thailand.

4. Visa and work permit assistance will be given all the way for this position and any other position within our organization.
