Horizon International School is a K-12 private school which has two branches in Yangon and a branch in Mandalay. Horizon Shu Khinn Thar campus has been an IB school since July 2010 and it is growing.
We are urgently seeking experienced and enthusiastic teachers for the following posts for full-time positions in both campuses in Yangon.
- JOB VACANCIES:
Vacancies for Primary School: English and ESL teachers;
Vacancies for Secondary and High School: IGSCE English, Chemistry and Computer teachers;
Vacancies for IBDP High School: English and Economics teachers
- REQUIREMENTS:
Native English speaking or near-native English speaking teachers with a university degree in relevant subjects
A minimum of 2 years experience in IB or IGCSE classes (For IB/IGCSE teachers)
The successful applicant should be enthusiastic, have excellent subject knowledge, be supportive of their students and offer challenging but fun lessons.
Proven Teaching experience within the last 2 years
Strong Classroom Management Skills

Attractive and competitive salary ranging up to 60,000 Baht/month(teachers usually save 50% of the salary)

- WORKING CONDITIONS:
Starting Date: May 16, 2011
Ending Date: March 9, 2012
Working time: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Teaching hours: Only 25 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
