Nongchangwittaya School, a government school is located in the lower- north part of Thailand, Uthai Thani province. It's far from Bangkok only two and a half hours by minivan at the Victory Monument, well established English program, friendly, easy-going staff, excellent resources and staff support.
Now we are seeking native English speaking teachers for English speaking and grammatical teacher positions in Academic Year 2011, starting in May, for the 2011 school year. Teachers will be responsible for teaching the English Program classes consisting of roughly 30 students and teachers will also be responsible for teaching multiple classrooms of 45 - 50 students, one hour per week. A total teaching load will consist of 18 - 22 hours per week.
The salary for new teachers ranges from 25,000 - 30,000 Thai Baht per month, depending upon experience and education. Most work visa and work permit costs and documents will be arranged and paid for by the school.
Native English speakers from the U.K., U.S.A., Canada, Australia and New Zealand with a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university will be considered for available positions. Applicants who have an advanced degree or a degree in education, prior teaching experience or TESL/TEFL Certificate will be considered before those who do not.
