English Teachers for NE Thailand

Sarakhampittaykhom School in Thailand's Northeast is looking for a native speaker to teach English grammar and conversation to Mathayom 1-3 (grades 7-9) students at our English program, beginning May 1.
The successful candidate should be able to introduce fun activities into the classroom to help achieve learning objectives.
A university degree is required for the position and preference will be given to those with experience teaching in Thailand and who are familiar with Thai culture and the government system of education.
Contracts are for one year. Work permits will be provided as well as health coverage. The base monthly salary is 30,000 baht, plus 3,000 baht housing allowance.
Our English Program has just completed its seventh successful year and has won numerous awards for excellence. Teaching hours amount to not more than 18 hours per week and class size does not exceed 30 students.
Maha Sarakham is a medium sized city approximately five hours north of Bangkok. The city is a centre of education for the region with two universities and several technical and vocational schools. The cost of living here is much lower than in Bangkok and has a growing foreigner community. There is also a very good public transportation system.
