Head of Studies (Pattaya)

The Head of Studies is responsible for brand identity development, website, promotional materials, newsletters and other PR events. He/she is expected to formulate and execute national (and when required, international) level marketing in collaboration with other key staff and/or marketing team. He/she should actively engage in school visits, give promotional talks to students, meet with counselors, teachers and parents with the aim to recruit potential students for the various programs offered by the organization. He/she is also responsible for quality improvement processes, disseminating information to clients, staff and stakeholders, address complaints and grievances, develop and implement class schedules, assist in managing daily operations of the school, including supervision of staff, developing staff rosters, recruitment of staff, academic records, monitor student attendance pattern, etc. He/she is also required to Establish and monitor quality assurance systems covering the teaching curriculum, teaching resources, examinations and assessment procedures. He/she ensures that staff adheres to quality assurance policies and guidelines and provide academic advice and consultation to students when requested. He/she reports directly to the Managing/Program Director and undertakes all major tasks related to teaching and assessment of all the academic programs delivered under the partnership agreement between EVERCLEVER Education Group and Kingston Business College.
