Full-time Self Access Learning Manager

Profile & Qualification:

  • At least Bachelor Degree in any field
  • At least 2 year experience in Training Assistant / Manager position of international hotels
  • Strong result oriented, people management, and leadership skills
  • Strong in inter-personality skill and outgoing, friendly
  • Strong in English (SAC 4+), communication skill, and computer literate

Objectives:

  • To develop and maximize associates English communication skills.
  • To create and maintain a wide range of learning.
  • To deliver learning to develop associates knowledge, abilities and skills.

Basic Function:
Responsible for associates English communication skills improvement.
Monitoring, evaluate and arrange for the maintenance of all equipment and materials in SAC.
Conduct training to develop associates skills, abilities through Marriott training programs.
