B.A. or M.A. minimum requirement plus teaching experience. Native English speakers only need apply.
Teaching:
20 x 50 minute teaching periods per week.
Teachers required to teach:
Computer science
English Fundamentals
All teachers required to teach 4-8 periods of English conversation classes in addition to subject area courses for a total of 20 periods per week.
work hours: 7:50-4:00 Mon-fri.
Air conditioned office with internet connection for lesson planning and marking outside of teaching hours.
Start Date: April 15 or May 1 2010
contract end: May 15 2011. Possibility of leaving by March 15 2011 if not renewing contract.
Holidays: Thai National Holidays plus 2 weeks in October
Full support for professional teachers:
teachers will create semester plans for each course.
lesson plans for each class.
assessment plans for each semester.
teachers will create their own course material based on course outline provided.
A library of material and past outlines are available plus internet and photocopying facilities.
Teachers need be available for 2 weekends per year for extra curricular activities.
Full support from head of department with 2 weekly update meetings.
Some on campus housing is available in shared houses. Assistance will be provided for finding off campus housing. Apartments furnished and A/C available at about 4000 bt per month.

Stating wage 28,000 bt - 33,000 bt depending on qualifications and experience.
