Benjamarachutit School is a government secondary school in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province in southern Thailand, about 600 km south of Bangkok.
Benjamarachutit School was founded in 1899, making it the oldest government secondary school in the south of Thailand, and, with over 3,500 students, the largest in Nakhon Si Thammarat Province.

Mini English Programme
We require a science and math teacher to teach 4 periods of math and science per week, as well as 14-16 other periods of subjects such as; English core course, English reading, English listening and speaking, health and PE and club. Student’s ages range from 15-18. A degree in a math or science related subject would be preferred, but applicants with a keen interest and a desire to teach math and science will be considered.

Regular Programme
We require 1 English teacher to work in our regular program teaching 18-20 periods of English listening and speaking per week. Student’s ages range from 12-18. You will be working alongside a Thai-co teacher who will be present in your class.

English Programme (EP)
We require 2 English teachers. We require one teacher to teach communicative and thematics teacher 18-20 periods per week. Student’s ages range from 12-15.

We require one teacher to teach 18-20 periods of Core English. Core English includes all essential skills of reading, listening, speaking and writing English. Student age range is 12-15 years old.

Other Information
Starts 8th of May 2017
Location: The city of Nakhon Si Thammarat, southern Thailand
Salary: 33,000.00 – 35,000.00 Baht per month (dependent on experience and degree)
Requirements: native English speaker from the UK, USA, South Africa, Ireland, New Zealand or Australia.
Bachelor’s degree certificate and transcripts

Contract: 12 months

Work Permit is prepared and paid for by the school
Non B Visa is prepared by the school, but payment is left to the teacher
TEFL qualification preferred but not essential

Health and accident insurance provided by the school.

Location: The city of Nakhon Si Thammarat, southern Thailand
Nakhon Si Thammarat is a beautiful area as it is a very old city with plenty of surrounding countryside and beaches.It is in central southern Thailand making it easy for everyone to travel to anywhere in the region should it be the islands, surrounding waterfalls or Malaysia. It is famous for its delicious Thai food which is so cheap to buy and has a world famous temple here too. It is the home to approximately 200 foreigners and the local people are very friendly and helpful.
