Full-time Communication Trainer

This job is located at Chiva-Som International Health Resort (Hua Hin) (Anywhere)

Expected salary: At least 40,000 Baht/month

1.Identify communication training needs through sufficient assessment and analysis.
2. Plan, develop and deliver communication training programmes across the resort, e.g., English classes and specific departmental sessions, using a variety of effective, interactive and innovative methods.
3. Perform sufficient evaluation to measure the effectiveness of communication training programmes, taking corrective action as necessary.
4. Promote the use and development of employees’ English language skills throughout the company.
5. Assess potential candidates’ language levels as part of the recruitment process.
6. Assist in the coordinating, editing and producing of the company’s quarterly newsletter.
7. Support the Human Resources Department in projects, activities, business plans, etc., as required.
8. Provide translation support when necessary, e.g., proofreading.
9.Take responsibility for related ad hoc assignments given Executive Committee members.
10.Maintain reports and record training hours accurately.
