Job Scope and company:
The position is open for experienced academics having good business and teaching experience. This is an opportunity to work with a new multi-cultural team in an international environment. All courses are from awarding bodies of UK.
Job description: The lecturer in Business management or hospitality management would be responsible for teaching courses to undergraduate certificate, diploma and advanced diploma level programmes leading to international degrees from UK, USA, Australia, Canada and New Zealand.
The duties would be
• Preparing lesson plans.
• Delivering lectures.
• Devising assignments.
• Grading assignments to exam board standards.
• Designing tutorials and workshops. Participation in student activities and projects.
• In full-time positions, lecturers are expected to complete a mini-research project, and write two academic articles to be published within a year.
• Assisting the admissions team during education seminars and events.

Requirements:
a) Education requirements: PHD or Post graduate in Business from a reputable International university in the subject area. Additionally, a teaching qualification is an added advantage.
b) Computer Knowledge: Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) skills required. Sound knowledge of Internet and good awareness of e-marketing required.
c) Presentation skills: Public speaking, presentations, counselling abilities should be professionally polished.
d) Languages: Native-speaker level English (must) and Thai language (beneficial).
e) Professional requirement: Besides teaching experience work experience required in the subject related functional area of business or hospitality management.
f) Experience of teaching UK higher education programmes will be an added advantage.
g) Vacancy is open for Thai and foreign nationals.
