IDEAL English Academy is a private language school that designs, develops and provides high-quality educational programs for learning English for all age groups to schools in Bangkok . We provide our client schools with curricula and teachers for their various English-based programs.
IDEAL is Thai-owned but Western-managed, and all key management positions are held by native English-speaking Westerners. We utilize a Western organizational and administrative model involving open communication and transparent management in order to simulate a working environment familiar to our Western teaching staff
Who We Are Looking For:
2 ESL Teachers for Prathoym/Mathoym Levels
• Will teach 6-12 or 12-18 years old students
• Teach 18-24 hours/ Monday-Friday
• 20-30 students in a class
1 Kindergarten Teacher
• Will teach 3-6 years old
• Teach 20 hours/ Monday-Friday
• Thai assists in the classroom
Duties:
• All teachers are expected to fulfill 18-24 hours of teaching load per week and be at school from 8am-4pm.
• Attend teachers' meetings and school activities, if requested. Serve as an advisor of the class assigned.
• Prepare lesson plans and term plans. Join in and assist the English Program's extra-curricular activities.
Skills/Qualifications:
• British, Canadian, American or Australian
• Experience in teaching English as a Second Language. Minimum of 3 years.
• Teachers who willingly abide with the school's rules and regulations
• Positive attitude towards Thai Culture, educational system, Thai students and colleagues
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both individually and as a team
• Bachelor's Degree in Education or higher, or BA with teaching qualifications
• TEFL, TESOL certificate
• Thai Culture Seminar Certificate
Benefits and Salary for Teachers:
• B36,000-B40,000/month salary (+ regular annual increases)
