Narinukun International Programme, Ubon Ratchathani, requires Full-time Native English Speaking Teachers for the positions below.

The Positions

English Teachers
Science Teachers/Physics Teachers
Math Teachers
Physical Education Teachers/PSHE Teachers

The Salary

A salary of 40,000 baht per month is offered.
Reimbursement of Non-B Visa, Work Permit and Non-B Visa extension fees.
Paid holidays.
Assistance in obtaining all necessary documentation including Temporary Teacher’s Permit.

Requirements for the Teaching Positions

As it is now mandatory according to the Thailand Ministry of Education’s conditions of employment, applicants should have:

Must haves

A verifiable Bachelor’s Degree as a minimum qualification.
At least two years teaching experience in their teaching discipline(s).
A minimum of two Teaching References with current referee contacts.
A current visa (Tourist, Non-B, O, etc.) issued by the Ministry of Immigration Thailand.

Desirable but not essential

A recognised Teaching Degree, PGCSE, Diploma of Education, Bachelor or Master of Education (or equivalent) is highly desirable but not essential.
A verifiable TEFL, TESOL certificate (or equivalent) is desirable but not essential.
Experience in teaching IGCSE curriculum an advantage but not essential.

The Conditions

Teachers are expected to work 20 Lesson Periods per week (normally this is between 16 - 18 periods per week).

Teachers are expected to submit Lesson Plans and Course Plans periodically (assistance will be given if needed).

Teachers are required to attend and/or participate in out-of-hours or weekend events as necessary.

Teachers are expected to uphold the Code of Teachers Conduct set out in the Teacher's Council of Thailand Code of Conduct and Ethics.

Be mindful of Thai cultural norms and the Buddhist nature of a predominantly Thai school.

About the School

Narinukun International Programme was established in 2010 under the auspices of the Thailand Ministry of Education's Hub Project.

We are the only fully commissioned International Programme in Ubon Ratchathani covering Years 7 - 11, with a Year 12 syllabus commencing this year.

Currently we have 70 students studying at the Programme, with classrooms being no more than 20.

Late in this academic year we will be transitioning to a fully accredited Cambridge International Examinations Centre.

Our parent school, Narinukun High School is famous throughout the province of Isaan for its academic achievements.

Narinukun International Programme has modern teaching facilities and strong support from the community and government alike.
