Head Teacher (Corporate Training Dept.)

Pro Language is one of the leading corporations for second language studies in Thailand. In operation since 2000, we now have 4 branches providing language training across the country and will be opening our 5th branch in 2015.

Our Corporate Training Department currently delivers training solutions to clients in Bangkok, Chiang Mai and across the Eastern Seaboard and is expanding rapidly. We are currently looking for an experienced Head Teacher to join our team at our head office in Asok.

The role will entail various duties including: presenting existing products and services to potential clients, developing course materials based on assessments of new students, teacher recruitment, development and management. Quality control management of courses from start to finish is highly important.

The position is full-time from Monday to Friday and the successful applicant will be based in our head office in Asok. Some travel to our provincial departments is expected to meet with local clients and coordinate with our academic team. The Head Teacher is supported by a successful sales and admin team as well as branch managers across the country.

Requirements:
1. Candidates must be native English speakers from the UK, Ireland, US, Canada, Australia or New Zealand.
2. Hold a bachelor’s degree (3 years minimum).
3. A 120 hour TEFL, CELTA or equivalent.
4. Have corporate training experience in Thailand.
5. Be proficient in using various computer software programs and a have a strong background in curriculum design.
6. Thai language skills preferable but not essential.
