Kindergarten Teacher

A soon to be opening in March 2015, brand new pre- school built in the beautiful natural surrounding area spread over 3 and half Rai (about 6000 sqm), with 1 large swimming pool along with 2 smaller pools, a football ground, and 1 tennis court, located at the outskirts of Bangkok near Central Rama 2 area. The school intends to offer the UK National Curriculum for the students from 2 to 6 years old.
We are looking for a Homeroom Kindergarten Teacher who is Positive and energetic, highly inspired, motivated person, who is passionate about childcare, and are committed to achieving high academic standards and creating stimulating, positive and child- centered classrooms ethos.
The successful candidate must be a native English speaker (Citizen of UK, USA, Australia, New Zealand and Canada only) and will be the lead teacher in Toddler classes (2 -3 years old) or Nursery class (3- 4 years old), for the 2015/2016 academic year.
Full Time Home room teacher for the English program Requirements:
• Native English Speakers (Citizens of USA, UK, Australia, New Zealand and Canada)
• Bachelor's Degree in Education or related fields (All Degrees needs to be verified by your Embassy)
• At least 3 years experiences in working with early year children
• Maximum 37 years of Age
• Excellent command of writing and speaking English
• Computer literate
• Experience in similar position in international school is an advantage
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to establish and maintain good interpersonal relationships with parents, children, and staff
• As a foreigner, ability to speak some basic Thai is a plus
• Candidates currently residing will be given preference
• Willing to stay in Thailand for 2 more years
• Police clearance cert from your home country, if you are new in Thailand
Job Location
Tha Kham, Ban Khun Thian, Near Central Rama 2, Bangkok
Compensation and Benefits:
Salary: THB 37,500 to THB 42,500
Insurance: After getting your work permit, you will be covered under Thai Social security
Bonus: After 12 Months THB 30,000 (Net); after 24 Months THB 50,000 (Net)
Holidays: 4 Weeks holidays during the first Contract year, spread over different times of the year
All Thai National holidays as well.
Start Date: Early March
Work Permit: Processing fee will be paid by you during the first contract, The school will pay for your work permit renewal during the 2nd year.
Housing: We will help you find suitable affordable housing around Central Rama 2 area.
Meals: Working day lunch will be provided in the school
