The Foreign Teachers’ Network Thailand (FTNT) is a teacher recruitment organisation with a difference, putting the needs of the teacher on an equal footing to that of the school. Formed by a group of English language teachers fed up with recruiters and agencies promising the world but delivering despicable wages, inhabitable housing, lousy training & support and perhaps more seriously no official employment visa or work permit.

Our contracts are amongst the most competitive in the Teaching English as a Foreign Language market and include 1 year contract, paid holidays, accident medical insurance and end of contract bonus. Free work permit, on-site training and cultural awareness course & introductory Thai language lessons. In addition to, assistance with legal matters such as contracts for accommodation, vehicle rental and obtaining a local driving licence.

Job Description:
-Primary and Secondary School Positions
-Immediate start or May new school year
-ESL Teacher placed in either English Programme or Government School
-Wage starting at 30,000 baht per calendar month (outside of Bangkok placement)
-Accident Medical Insurance
-Minimum 4 weeks paid holiday + official bank holidays
-1 Year contract completion bonus
-Paid overtime available on request
-Teach maximum 25hrs per week

Requirements:
-Under 60 years old, due to Thai employment restrictions
-A Bachelor Degree or higher (due to Thai Ministry of Education restrictions, we cannot accept those with a Higher National Diploma or Associated Degree)
-Full Academic Transcript for said degree
-TEFL,TESOL or CELTA language qualification
-A Police National Computer (PNC) background check, available from your local police station.
-Valid passport with at least 2 years remaining
-Two character references
-Two employer references

-Apply for a 3 month Thai tourist visa which will be transferred to a Non-immigrant B visa on arrival.
