Experienced Primary Homeroom Teacher required for Phoenix Wittaya School, a leading private English Programme school in Pattaya. Several years teaching experience required plus a valid university degree.
Primary Homeroom Teacher – English Programme
Phoenix Wittaya School is a leading private English Programme school based in Pattaya, Chonburi. Currently we are seeking a Primary Homeroom Teacher for an immediate opening to teach our Prathom 2 class.
The position will involve teaching maths, English, science, and social studies in a bilingual environment, to pupils who have a good standard of English. The teacher will also take charge of all homeroom duties. Our English Programme is full resourced, with excellent leading textbook schemes, interactive white boards, and reading resources for all students.
You will need several years serious teaching experience here in Thailand, preferably in an English Programme school. You must have a university degree from an accredited university. (We check and verify all degrees with the issuing institution, and we will not accept degrees from non-legitimate sources). You will be hard working, with a strong level of self motivation, and you will view teaching as a profession. We expect a clean cut, professional image, with a “can do” attitude.
This is not a TEFL English teaching job, and it will not be suitable for people with no experience.
We will offer a salary of 36,500 Baht (after passing probation), plus a small contract completion bonus (You will start on 34,500 Baht until your 4 month probation is passed). You will be entitled to 2 weeks holidays in October, and 2 weeks holidays in March, and you also get Christmas, and Songkran holidays, all with full pay. The contract will run until 28 March 2015, and we expect the successful job candidate to complete their contract.
We wish to urgently recruit an experienced teacher, and we will offer you an immediate start before the end of April.
We also have an opening in our kindergarten for an experienced kindergarten teacher, teaching 4 – 5 year olds. The kindergarten position requires a committed, dedicated teacher who holds a valid university degree, who has proven experience teaching very young learners.
