Required Qualifications / Skills
1. Bachelor or Master Degree in the respective subject
2. At least 2 years experience in teaching to native or non-English speaking students. Teacher with at least 2 years experience in Cambridge Curriculum or British Curriculum shall be given preference.
3. Excellent organisational skills and a proven record of setting up quality teaching and learning programmes
4. Native or near-native level of written and spoken English
5. Be able to work alone and with colleagues across a range of backgrounds
6. Excellent communication,teaching and interpersonal skills
7. Enthusiastic about working in an international environment

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for delivering the required curriculum
2. Planning and preparing courses and lessons
3. Teaching students assigned according to their educational needs
4. Setting and marking of work carried out schools and elsewhere
5. Timely assessing, recording and reporting on the academic performance and progress of students
6. Promoting the general progress and well- being of individual students, classes or groups of students assigned to you
7. Communicating and meeting with parents on parents’ meeting
8. Communicating with people outside the school when necessary and if required
9. Participating in meetings arranged for the benefit s of the student and school
10. Maintaining good order, class control and discipline among the students
11. Responsible for administrative tasks, Registration of student’s attendance, checking student’s assignment collection of statistics etc.
12. Participating in the co-curricular programmes of the school such as Life Immersion, Sports Day etc.
13. Assisting in the planning and organizing of school events and functions (Sports Day, concerts, plays etc.)
14. Supervising classes and students in cover arrangements effectively and promptly
15. Participating in examination invigilation duties
16. Under taking professional duties and organizational tasks as reasonably delegated by the Head of Intensive English Programme
