Andovar is recruiting freelance writers for expeditious writing of 250-400-word travel articles on a large project.
Typical articles include:
- Overviews of destinations
- Travel information about destinations
- Destination highlights
Per article rates are based on number of words and the complexity of articles assigned. Writers' travel background will be matched to article content where possible, but it is not necessary to have visited the destinations you are assigned. Research can be completed on the Internet, but strict, industry-standard plagiarism checks are always applied and plagiarized content will not be accepted or paid.
Writers will be provided a style guide, and editors will provide feedback to writers. Depending on the size/nature of the work, articles should be completed in 30 to 60 minutes each. Writers will be able to work faster as they gain experience in each article format.
Articles are assigned weekly and payment is made monthly. Writers who meet client quality standards and can adjust to editors' feedback will be prioritized for assignments. We have many clients requiring writing, so work throughout the year can be sizeable.
Qualifications
- Native English speaker
- Daily access to email
- Above-average writing skills
- Ability to write quickly on a wide range of subjects
- Ability to create new content by researching and summarizing other travel websites, without any plagiarism
