Full-time English Teacher Needed Immediately - Phatthalung, Thailand

The school is a Thai government school with approximately 1,300 students (M 1 – 6), and we are in need of another English teacher to start immediately. The salary is 30,000/mo for an initial four-month contract (to be signed directly with the school, not an agency), lasting through the end of September, with a possibility of a second term contract from November to February. You will be responsible for teaching conversation English only. A 'flexible curriculum' is provided (changes can be made with approval of Department Head). Classes will have a Thai Co-teacher to assist you, if necessary. You will be responsible for teaching 19-20 hrs per week.
Teachers are expected to help with occasional weekend English projects
(examples: English speaking competitions, English Day Camp, etc) but is very rare.

- BACHELOR'S DEGREE in any field (desired, but not necessary)
- TEFL/TESOL
- CELTA
- Female 25-30 yrs old
Only persons from Native Speaking Countries: USA, Canada, England, Australia,
New Zealand

I am only acting as a Liaison between the Foreign Language Department Manager and the school Director. I am NOT with an agency. I will provide information about the apartment where I am staying (if desired), as well how to get to the school each morning, places to eat, and will assist you with any other questions as best I can.
Any specific questions about the job/contract will be forwarded to my Dept Head and will be answered by him.
